Hey guys, my brother and I brewed a Holiday style brew yesterday. We purchased a lot if materials from a store called Mr. Steves in York, PA.
I'll tell you what... we added some brown sugar, great aromatic spices and a bit more things and that smell that filled the room was amazing. I'm dedinitely looking forward to see what the wort looks like after a week and most importantly, taste the flavor that was produced.

This blog hopes to serve the purpose of sharing our adventures and love for beer. My brother Eloy and I, Eric, well not only talk about brewing, styles, websites and beers we like, but we will how to go deeper. We will explore the depths of dive bars, share our views and maybe even interview and get to meet great people along the way.
I will try to also notify you of upcoming beer festivals such as Brewtopia in Reading and the Epic Beerfest in Philadelphia; both this weekend.
Overall, we hope to gain supporters that will help us expose great breweries such as Dogfish Head in DE and Mudhook in York, Pa.
